Keep your signature under 600px wide and 200px tall. Total HTML should be under 10-20KB. Most clients clip signatures that are too large.
What is the ideal email signature image size?+
Headshots: 100×100 pixels. Company logos: max 120px wide. Banners: max 600px wide. Keep total image file sizes under 50KB to avoid spam filters and slow loading.
How many links should an email signature have?+

Should I use images or text for social media links?+
